Having dipped their feet in red paint, a pair of unidentified children walk along a stripe in an U.S. flag while adding their footprints to the 30-foot by 20-foot creation at the San Juan College Child and Family Development Center in Farmington, N.M. The flag was decorated by dozens of toddler-age through kindergarten-age children at the center who painted their hands and feet to create the stars and stripes in sympathy of the victims of last weeks terrorist attacks. The flag will be displayed for the public at San Juan College.
