Thomas McKeown, 7, threw wood onto a small fire at the site of the former Howard Street Barracks, an old army base that was destroyed by an IRA bomb. A "children's bonfire" will be held here on July 11th, part of marching season celebrations in the Shankhill Road interface area bordering Springfield Street.
