Shellfishing and Norwalk have a long history together, a partnership on display at the 22nd Annual Norwalk Oyster Festival. Sample oysters in the Oyster Pavilion and check out the many environmentally sound exhibits in the Environmental World Tent by CleanSound, Save the Sound, Harbor Watch Water Quality Monitoring, the Connecticut Department of Agriculture aquaculture division and worldwide oystering companies. For the kids, Kid's Cove features everything from circus costumes to try on, to games and sports, and from storytelling to a carousel ride. Wander back through history in Norwalk Harbor where each year there are different historic ships at The Tall Ships and Vintage Vessel Show.

The 75th Annual Bethlehem Fair
