In the Muslim world, anger and introspection
Nearly a year after the Sept. 11 attacks, senior Bush administration officials acknowledge that much-trumpeted efforts to win the hearts and minds of Muslims have failed miserably, and can succeed only if the US government articulates a policy that helps promote Mideast peace.
