Deposition of Bishop Thomas V. Daily

On August 21, 2002, Bishop Thomas V. Daily, a former top-ranking assistant to Cardinal Bernard Law in the Archdiocese of Boston, was deposed by lawyers for three men who claim they were sexually abused by the Rev. Paul Shanley at St. Jean's parish in Newton in the 1980s. Daily is now the head of the diocese of Brooklyn, N.Y.
